Party Animals Petting Zoo is inspected by the State of Florida, and the animals are always found to be in good health and safe to handle. The last inspection was in April, 2005.

Some petting zoos are naturally safer than others. Party Animals Petting Zoo has a mix of animals that is carefully chosen to keep children safe. For example, we don't have any cows or pigs, because these animals can (very rarely) transmit disease to humans. All our animals are very friendly, and love to be petted and cuddled. And afterward, we ensure that children wash their hands.

Do you know how to wash your hands?

We've all been washing our hands since we were little ones, but did you know that there's really a proper way of doing it?

According to the Centers for Disease control and Prevention (CDC), you should keep soap on your hands for at least 20 seconds before rinsing. How long is that? Just long enough to sing "Happy Birthday" twice. If there isn't soap and water, an alcohol-based sanitizer can also be used.
